What to do at the reception?

• Hand in urine or other samples (before 10:00 in the morning)

• Submitting or collecting materials, forms, or (referral) letters

• Checking your appointment (no registration required)

• If you have been referred to the counter by an employee

What not do at the reception?

• Making or changing an appointment

• Requesting repeat prescriptions

• Asking for medical advice

• Discussing results
